Strict quality control is a guarantee that only the best grains – such as wheat, rye and spelt – reach the milling process. Two state-of-the-art milling systems allow 270 tons of wheat and 60 tons of rye to be milled daily. Every single machine is computer controlled and monitored, which always guarantees a consistent quality standard.
The use of the most modern machines and a comprehensive electronic network of the entire production control process guarantee a complete traceability, from the acceptance of grain, storage, and milling up to delivery of the produced flour.
