In order to guarantee a continuously high-level of quality, Haberfellner has its own, fully-equipped mill laboratory for complete inspection of raw materials and end products.
Flawless grains and inspected raw material qualities are the prerequisite for the best flour and flour mixtures. Already on delivery of the grain, a precisely defined average sample is taken from each delivery using an automatic sampler. The sample is then examined in the most precise manner with high quality analytical tools in the company laboratory. Based on the analysis, raw material deliveries are categorized according to quality. This sample is kept for 2 years as a sealed up reference sample in order to guarantee the traceability. The high level of quality is verified by numerous international certificates.
